Slow living isn’t a trend for me. It’s a lifestyle I have embraced for years; I learned it from my mom and grandma. We always just took our time to enjoy the beauty of the everyday. I’m a romantic at heart, with a very practical lifestyle approach “ keep it simple.” I grew up on a farm, which furthered my love of simplicity and back to the basics mindset.

We moved six months ago to our cozy cottage, and we are in the process of fixing it up. I strive to make our home cozy and inviting no matter what stage of remodeling we are in. Making a home hygge and cozy is just a normal way of life for me, and I can’t imagine it any other way.

By now you know for sure that I love all of them. 🥰🥰 the rugs are gorgeous. I have a remake and we’ve always had very large lounge rooms so when we moved here I was so worried it wouldn’t fit in the room we use as the lounge room. It fits with only enough room for our lounge and one cupboard. It has memories all over it already at 15 yrs old , I love that rug. Its time to get it out before the weather cooks actually. The glass bowl set is so pretty , I can imagine a colourful trifle in it . We have two little hanging baskets that my youngest and I keep our hair things in. 🤩🤩 thank you for taking us along . 💜💜

By the pricing in different areas of our country. I love the scratch cooking and wish you would do one on bread and pizza dough. Can’t wait for gardening and canning.
